The Meneghello Industrial Group Joondalup Wolves are excited to announce the signing of 6’8 Wolves Junior Keegan Schrick for the 2026 NBL1 West Season.
“It’s great to re-sign with the Wolves, I’ve been playing here since juniors and the club is always very well run and a good atmosphere to be around.
“This year I really want to focus on becoming more versatile, being able to contribute as both a centre and a forward and do whatever I can to help the team win games.
“The fans can expect me to bring intensity and effort on all plays, particularly around the board.”
Keegan had his best game for the Wolfpack in the Exhibition Game against the Indonesian National team, ending the game with a double-double of 13 points and 12 rebounds, alongside a spectacular dunk to close the game.
Keegan was also recognised for having a prolific 2025 WABL campaign, scoring an average of 13.5 points across his 14 games. His efforts saw him awarded the D-League Men’s Most Improved Player for 2025 at the Wolfpack Awards.
Wolves fans can look forward to seeing Keegan grow on the court as he debuts for the Wolfpack in the 2026 NBL1 West Season.
Men’s Head Coach Lucas Allen spoke about re-signing Keegan for the upcoming season.
“Keegan Schrick is an up‑and‑coming big who has already shown in the early stages of pre‑season that he’s capable of having a genuine impact for us in 2026. His growth has been impressive, and he’s only scratching the surface.
“He’s a junior who has lived the full pathway — development, hard work, resilience — and now he’s reaping the rewards. Seeing players progress through our system and step onto the floor ready to contribute is exactly what our club is about.
“Keegan works. He’s coachable, he listens, he applies feedback, and he’s going to give you everything he has every single time he steps on the floor. That’s the type of foundation you want in a young big.”
