The Joondalup Wolves are excited to announce the signing of former Warwick Senator Centre Ash Litterick, who joins the Wolfpack for the 2025 NBL1 West Season.
A 6’6 experienced professional; Ash brings a strong leadership presence to the court, using his physical strength and instincts to set screens and make plays.
Beginning his junior career playing in the WBA as part of the Phoenix Junior Basketball Club, Litterick signed to Warwick in 2013. A hardworking leader with a team-first attitude, Ash was a part of Warwick’s Leadership Group for the past six seasons, even captaining the team at several stages.
We are excited to have Ash join the Pack for the upcoming season and look forward to seeing what he can bring to the court in 2025.
Speaking on the signing, Men’s Head Coach David Morrell said, “Ash is an excellent addition for us because he is a veteran big man that knows what is required for teams to achieve at a high level.
In terms of cultural impact, he’s come in and immediately been a leader in helping our younger guys learn and develop, he brings energy and communication to every day of practice.
He’s one of those who you love having in your program. We love his physical strength, and he’s also a savvy screener with excellent playmaking instincts.
We are delighted to have Ash with us for this year”
When asked how signing with the Wolfpack for the 2025 season feels, Ash said, “At first, signing with the Wolves felt weird, but I’ve felt the love from everyone here at the club. I’m looking forward to putting my body on the line for the team and hopefully helping bring another title to this great club.”
